Event & Rental Details

  • Flexible Availability – Hay House is available to rent based on your event needs, preferred date, and guest count. 
  • Seated Capacity – Seated ceremonies and receptions accommodate up to 75 guests.  
  • Cocktail Capacity – For standing or cocktail-style events, the house can host up to 100 guests.
  • Bridal Photo Session – A one-hour bridal photography session is included with any wedding + reception rental.  
  • Photography Rentals – Hay House is available for professional photography sessions. Pricing varies by number of subjects and session length; please call for details. 
  • Air Conditioning Options – Hay House is not air-conditioned; however, portable air units may be provided at the renter’s expense through Portable Air & Power of Macon. 
  • Discount Eligibility – Patrons, Corporate Sponsors, and qualifying nonprofit organizations may receive a discount on standard rental rates.
